The forearm stretch can be used to loosen the muscles and tendons of the forearms following a particularly hard weights, grip, pull-up or rope climbing sessions. It is also useful for increasing the range of movements in the wrist area to aid sports such as gymnastics, parkour or MMA.

Another stretch to help mobilise and stretch the back. Particularly good for mobilising prior to exercise or when recovering from a lower back injury. As with all stretches care must be taken to ensure the stretch is put on and taken off in a careful and controlled manor.
