Personal Training is all about specific sessions to take you from where you are today, to where you want to be. To help you realise, set and achieve your goals.

All of Commando Conditioning’s Personal Trainers have completed the world’s most arduous initial military training course and earned themselves the coveted Green Beret. Combined with a specialisation in the Royal Marines Physical Training Branch, all instructors have unparalleled experience in becoming fit for task.

Every Commando Conditioning Personal Trainer is civilian accredited and qualified to the highest levels. Each instructor is level 3 or 4 Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) certified.
