Gordon Ramsay visits the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines, to try his hand at the endurance course. Ben is one of two marines who leads Gordon around the Endurance Course. Gordon admits it is the hardest course he’s ever done, despite completing a number of Marathons!

A competition run by lads mag ZOO, to find the “man of the year”. Sean was involved from the start attending meetings with the Zoo team in London to plan and structure the regional events, the filming for Zoo man James, and the final event itself.

ean and another Royal Marines PTI take the Sun’s (and Zoo mag’s) girl “Danni” down onto the assault course, on what proved to be a very wet and miserable day. However, Danni, and journalist Tom Newton Dunn showed they had what it takes to brave the weather and get stuck in.

Sean briefs former Prime Minister Tony Blair on Royal Marines Physical Training standards, at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines. The Commandos fitness training is arguably the best in the world. It is this training that leads to the much coveted green beret which only the very best achieve.
