Gym Music: 50 Inspiring Tracks

The following is a list of inspirational tracks that we recommend exercising to.  If you think we’ve missed something, please add it as a comment at the bottom. Music can really help to  focus the mind and can really lift you up when your feeling unmotivated. Many modern gyms have cardio equipment that you can plug headphones into and listen to the radio or watch TV. We here at Commando Conditioning think that our top 50 is far more inspiring than watching an episode of EastEnders at the gym. What do you think? If you haven’t got an MP3 player yet then we recommend the iPod nano. With its huge 8GB storage capacity its more than capable of handling our top 50 and then some.

If you have any tracks you feel should be on this list please add comments and lets see if we can create a complete list of inspirational tracks for exercise.

Also Roy Jones Jr’s album round one is hoofing for the boxer’s. There’s an album for all runner’s on Itunes I bought for 4.49 called Running Trax, that’s all i listen to on my 6 miler’s. Different music for different training sessions I reckon.
