I'm an instructor here at Commando Conditioning. My fitness goals are to maintain a healthy, fit and muscular body. I strive to be the best that I can be and exercise as hard as I can, as often as I can, to see the gains I want without using drugs or chemical enhancements.
Check out my training journal called The Fight Club Physique Workouts which details what I do on a daily basis.

My name is John and I'm the editor here at Commando Conditioning. My fitness goals for 2010 are mainly to cut fat, tone up and improve my cardio. I play regular five a side football so would like to improve my stamina, although I am aiming to play more squash which should hopefully help.

Hi, I'm Sean. I'm one of the founding members of Commando Conditioning. I enjoy training almost everyday, especially with others. I like to train hard in many different ways, especially trying new challenges and creating new challenges to test myself.

I'm Damian (Mintster) and think it is about time I introduced myself. I work with John and we also train together. I tend to experiment with different workouts and lifting protocols to achieve my goals and enjoy pushing my limits. I want to build muscle but prefer to clean bulk and put on weight slowly rather than a traditional bulking / cutting training cycle.
I prefer power and strength over traditional bodybuilding and would like to achieve a 2 x BW squat, 200KG deadlift (could go for 2 x BW again but like the sound of 200KG) and at least 1.5 x BW bench. Hopefully this should all be achieved by the end of this year but I won't beat myself up to much if I don't.
Follow my training journal which I will always keep up to date with my training on and as time goes on I will put my own take on diet and diet supplementation – albeit from an unqualified point of view. I will simply talk about what I have found works for me.

Hey, I'm Commando Barbie!!! At the moment I'm training mainly for fat loss (while conserving muscle mass) and for strength gains. My goal is to enter a figure show at the end of the year/early next year depending on how my training goes! I have always been a fan of weight training and hated cardio but I'm now a regular on the treadmill and am loving it! (Although nothing beats a good weights session!!). Check out my training journal to see what I do on a daily basis!!

Hi, I'm Ralph. I am a student in my final year at University (Plymouth). I've been training for a couple of years and do it for personal achievement and satisfaction. I train on average 4 to 5 days a week and also have an interest in nutrition & healthy eating, MMA and climbing. I don't have any specific long-term goal other than to maintain a low (around 10%) body-fat and gain lean muscle mass. However I do enjoy meeting various short-term goals in the gym. The whole experience wouldn't be half as fun without my training partner and friend.

Hey Im Cameron I currently study Environmental Sciences at The University of Guelph in Guelph Ontario (Can). I am currently engaged in moving my training focus away from upper body work towards more cardio and flexibility. If anyone knows of any worthwhile guides or even general tips, Id greatly appreciate it.
Cheers

Hi Chris,
If you are specifically training for the PRMC, we launched our 'Smash the PRMC' pack just yesterday. Might be worth checking it out. http://www.commandoconditionin……com/prmc/

Hi
My name is Scott, Iam 25, I work out anywhere from 5-7 times a week, I run for my local running club and have practiced Muay Thai with my local branch of the Scottish Muay Thai Council for 18 months, hopefully I will have my first grading in June 2010 and in September I will be running my first Great North Run!
Previous to this I used to play rugby for my local rugby club, I moved onto boxing when I lived in Vancouver Canada, so as you can see I love keeping fit, challenging myself and listening to and learning from others with regards to all manner of topics relating to sports and fitness.
To conclude I have aspirations to join the Royal Marines when I get through a couple of medical issues however if these are not resolved I would like to train to become a personal trainer.

Hi there everyone I'm Richy and I am interested in The Royal Marines way of fitness and conditioning. I have a disability myself but I adapt and overcome all my limitations. I am interesting in doing a 10 mile plus "yomp" for charity this year sometime and would love to hear from anyone who can give me advice as i am happy to listen. Any help is appreciated.

Hello–my name is steve, i am 52 and a nurse4 by profession.
I have just recently bought the haynes royal marines fitness guide and found it hugely inspiring.
My story is that despite a very active outdoors kife (climber, sailor, canoeist and bushcraft instructor) last year my weight went totally out of control (stressy job) and i was heading rapidly into obesity land.
Since then-over the last 6 months i have got my weight back under control mainly through walking (live near dartmoor) and some better eating habits.
I have just started working with a trainer to help me get to a much higher level of overall fitness–rather than the gym we are using the outdoors as a "wild gym"–i have just started to create an outdoor circuit near my home.
Realy like the site–proper job !!!
