Just wondering if anyone has done any exercise with VIPR tubes and if so what you think of them.

The gym that i have joined has them and i have used one instead of a weight bag (out of action) when doing weighted step-ups, this week one of the instructors showed me a whole range of core exercises to experiment with to expand my core training repertoire.

Worse things happen at sea…
