Ive recently had a shin injury which caused by my hips being out of alignment which caused me to put my weight on one side and caused my lower back to become lordotic (lordosis). My hips are now aligned again however the right side of my body has become weak due to compensating. I have some general core exercises but do you have any ideas what i can do to strengthen the right side of my body both my core and my back and my lower body buttocks and leg please? Again I have some basic core strengthening exercises to help correct my lordosis but do you have any really good ones please?
