Hi I am new to this forum and was just wondering if you could hep me with a few questions.
I am about to go into recruit training on the 27th, and was wondering what is the fitness test on day 2, because I have heard it is just the RMFA and also heard that it is day 1 of PRMC so RMFA and 3 mile.
Also what is the running like in foundation what sort and how much do you do in your average week?

Also i used your RM fitness training manuel book which was realy good and helped me a lot on getting fit and passing PRMC.
