Forearm Stretch

Forearm Stretch

The forearm stretch can be used to loosen the muscles and tendons of the forearms following a particularly hard weights, grip, pull-up or rope climbing sessions. It is also useful for increasing the range of movements in the wrist area to aid sports such as gymnastics, parkour or MMA.
