Angry Cat Back Stretch

Angry Cat Back Stretch

This back stretch can be used to mobilise the spine and muscle of the lower back prior to exercise, or can be used in specific stretching sessions to aid recovery of lower back muscle strains.

As with all stretches the stretch should be put on slowly, in a controlled manor, and released in the same manor.
